TERMS OF USE
By commissioning me and placing an order you accept the following Terms Of Services:
General T.O.S:
. No, I won't work for exposure.. I have the right to decline an order if I'm not capable of making one.. You MUST credit me at the very least on your channel (twitch and/or youtube). You are not allowed to resell my work or claim it as your own.. I own the copyright to my designs so, whatever you commission me, I retain the right to showcase it in my portfolio and commission examples, as well as be able stream the process in my channel and to post the final work in social media.HOWEVER, if you need me to keep it secret until debut or for a special ocassion, be sure to inform me about it!. All payments are madre in EUR via ko-fi. Most of the commissions will be charged upfront. I will only start after the payment is settled.. For big jobs like the PNG Vtuber Models, I’ll charge 40% of the price before the first discussions and the first sketches are done. Once the design has been greenlighted, the rest of the payment must be placed in advance for me to continue.. Once I start working, no refunds and no cancellations.For png vtuber and character sheet commissions, you can back up if the sketches don’t convince you, but the first part of the payment (the one that secured the commision) will not be refunded as well.. Up to 3 small revisions and 1 major revision are allowed for each commission. After that, no changes will be made. In extreme cases, I reserve the right to decline your commission request at this state as well.. Let me know if you want to see more of my work that might not be listed on my portfolio, like assets, alerts, panels, character sheets, etc. and if you’re interested I’ll make a price for you.. Unless is highly detailed or complicated, your commission should be ready between 2-3 weeks (I often work on multiple orders at the same time).For png vtuber models and character sheets, it can take longer.
For PNG Vtuber Models and/or Character Sheets:
. Please, and I say PLEASE, send a reference(s) of your model or what you want for your model to be. It can be prior character sheets and/or models, pinterest boards, detailed descriptions, etc.. If I’m designing your model from scratch, I'll not accept any commission that starts with a "I want it to be like this character/vtuber/person” and that’s it, I need you to truly communicate with me and tell me what you want.
